The art of slower living
You know there's more to it than this.
You're craving to feel more present, more alive, more connected,
to live a little slower & actually feel your own life coming alive around you again.
That feeling is entirely possible. That glimmer of hope you're already carrying, for a more beautiful, more present life,
is a lot simpler to reach than you think.
Come have a wander with me through the gap in the hedgerow, who knows what we might find.
Though I have a sneaky suspicion it might lead you back to feeling much more present in your own beautiful life.
Perhaps you're here because something about this piqued your interest.
Something made a part of your soul leap a little, like it recognised something it's been missing deep down.
That's exactly why Glimmers exists.
It's for women like you. Women who are dog tired in their own life, the kind of tiredness that sleep alone can't fix.
Women who keep everyone else's world turning, while their own feels a little blurred at the edges.
The Art of Slower Living
An invitation to come home to yourself. To notice, to wonder, to feel alive in your own life again.
Available from 1st October | £45 in full, or 2 monthly payments of £22.50
Self-paced. Yours for life. Start whenever you're ready.
Think of the last ember in a dying fire. Small, easy to miss if you're not looking, & yet still holding everything a fire needs to roar back to life. That's what a glimmer is. The spark that proves the blaze is still possible.
You've likely felt one already, without calling it that. A robin catching your eye mid-song. Rain on a window turning from irritation into something more like comfort. A memory of yourself as a child, spinning through autumn leaves for no reason other than the pure joy of it. These are your glimmers, & they've been there all along, patiently waiting for you to have the time & the stillness to actually notice them.
Right now, you might feel far from that version of yourself. Days blur into weeks. You move through your life rather than live inside it, ticking things off, holding everyone else together, running on fumes long after the tank hit empty. You long for something you can't quite name, a return to feeling, to meaning, to the woman you were before life got this loud.
Glimmers is a journey home to her.
A beautiful self-paced path back to presence, yours to move through in your own time, whenever & wherever you're ready to begin.
You'll move through six arts, each one an invitation, each one designed to hand you back a small piece of yourself you'd almost forgotten was missing.
Through reflection & small quests you'll rediscover the art of noticing, the joy of curiosity, the permission to simply be. Slowly, thread by thread, the glimmers begin to multiply. What started as one small ember becomes something warmer, steadier, something you can actually feel yourself living inside again.
- The Art of Noticing: Reconnecting to your senses, & discovering how simply paying attention can change the shape of your everyday life. Colour walks, nature prompts, & small quests to sharpen your perception, not just talk about it.
- The Art of Curiosity: Here, you'll practise following a thread simply because it delights you, without needing it to lead anywhere specific. You'll explore how curiosity opens up creativity, joy & a sense of aliveness that logic alone can't reach.
- The Art of Enchantment: The heart of the philosophy. Understanding what disenchantment actually is & how it shows up in your life. You'll be guided through the history & meaning behind it, & given small, practical ways to invite enchantment back into ordinary moments of your day.
- The Art of Woolgathering: Permission to drift, to daydream freely, an old & half forgotten word for something we desperately need back. Protecting unstructured time, & discovering what rises up once your mind is finally given the space to wander.
- The Art of Creativity: Making, for the sheer joy of making, with no pressure for it to be good. Small creative quests to stretch your imagination back open, however that wants to show up in your particular life.
- The Art of Living: Bringing it all home. This final thread weaves everything you've explored into an actual, ordinary week, so it doesn't stay theoretical, but becomes something woven into how you live, long after the season ends.
Each thread holds a piece of audio, words to sit with, gentle questions to turn over, & a small quest, a real, tangible invitation to carry the theme out into your actual days & try it on for size. This isn't content to consume. It's practice, meant to be lived.
Everything lives for you inside your own private space on the Wild Goddess website (also available through the app), yours for its lifetime, to move through at whatever pace suits you, & to return to whenever you like. Audio wisdom sessions, deeper questions & prompts, & the quests themselves, all there for you to come back to as often as you need.
Alongside it, a private Glimmers Facebook group, where you can share insights from your own journey, connect with other women moving through the experience, & find me there too.
This isn't only about noticing birdsong, or slowing your coffee down, though it is that too.
It's about what starts to move underneath, once you begin to feel your own life again.
Picture it. A relationship with yourself that feels softer, more trusting, less like a constant negotiation & more like coming home to an old friend. A relationship with nature that isn't reserved for holidays or big days out, but woven into an ordinary Tuesday, the hedgerow at the end of your road, the tree outside your window, the birds you're finally starting to recognise. Creativity that wakes up on its own, ideas arriving from somewhere deeper, less forced, more like they were there all along, waiting for you to slow down enough to hear them. Confidence that's rooted this time, built from trusting your own instincts rather than performing a certainty you never quite felt.
Every glimmer looks different, because every life does. For one woman it might be finally sitting still in the garden without reaching for her phone. For another, it might be a return to painting, or dancing, or simply laughing more easily. This isn't a fixed transformation with a tidy ending. It's an invitation to notice your own glimmers, wherever & however they show up for you,
& to trust that they're enough.
£45, or spread across a 2 month payment plan at £22.50 per month.
Available from 1st October. Self-paced, yours for its lifetime, start whenever you're ready.
Glimmers is entirely self-paced, & you can move through it at whatever pace your own life allows. Once you're in, it's yours for its lifetime, so you can dip in & out whenever suits you, with no falling behind, because nothing is racing anywhere.
This isn't about willpower or habit tracking. It's built around small quests woven into your actual days, space for conversation that suits you. It's not another thing to add to your to-do list that you will forget once it's over, but a different way of moving through the life you're already living.
The Facebook group is there for connection whenever you want it, but there's no pressure to share if you don't want to. Some women will want to talk things through, others will simply read quietly, both are welcome.
No, once you're in, Glimmers is yours for its lifetime. Take your time, come back to a thread months later, or move through it all in a weekend, whatever suits the season your own life is actually in.
